Medical Detectives students have been working on testing the effectiveness of antibiotics on certain pathogens. Our budding little scientists created and carried out their own experiments. They were then able to record their data and write a summary with their findings. Thanks for sharing Mrs. Black!









We are so excited to be partnering with the Joseph R. Palmer Memorial Library to give our students access to Libby. Libby is an app that provides access to audiobooks and ebooks to our students for free.

Learning to assemble, care for and start making musical sounds with our instruments in sixth grade band. Students are working within their sections for now and will soon work as a full band.




Mrs. Runyon’s class created Cell City models to demonstrate the functions of cell organelles.


Chromebook reminders. In the back to school chaos you may have forgotten the Chromebook guidelines. The best way to avoid damage is to not use your Chromebook case as a place to store homework, pens, gum, candy, etc. Charge it daily to be ready for class the next day.

Mrs. Ogden is encouraging students to take risks even when they may not succeed. Making a mistake is part of the learning process and learning how to accept mistakes with grace is an important life lesson.
