Robotics is an elective STEM class that incorporates science, technology, engineering and math. Today students completed their first build to become familiar with the VEX IQ product. Robotics is taught by Mrs. Joc Kreuger.
Crystal Meyer is in her tenth year of teaching at the Elsberry R-2 School District. She currently teaches in the Braves program working with EMS and EHS students. Crystal is an Elsberry alum who continues to serve her school and her community.

Mrs. Cari Braden is a 9 year member of the 6th Grade team at Elsberry Middle School. She also currently serves as an EMS Student Council Sponsor. She hopes students remember that she loves them all, even when we have bad days.

Last week we were honored to present yet another tremendous holiday program. Mrs. Jenny Lynn Heras leads the kindergarten through third grade classes as well as the Treblemakers Honor Choir. Treblemakers is an honor choir composed of students in fourth through sixth grade. If you see her out in the community, please let her know how blessed our school is to have her talent.

Junior Honor Soceity is growing. Twenty-Nine new members were inducted this month making the group have a total of fourty-nine members. JHS is busy working at the food pantry, book fair, and doing other various community activities. Mrs. Jill Koch and Mr. Jason Miller sponsor JHS. The photos are from the induction ceremony.
The Scholastic Book Fair will be November 29-December 2. It will also be open after the Christmas Program on Thursday, December 1.
The EMS Girls Basketball game for tonight, 11/21 has been canceled.
Tavia McIntyre is in her fourth year at Elsberry Middle School. She is a Lindenwood University Grad. Her newest project is organizing our EMS Pep Club. We are excited to see the growing student section at basketball games.
